He has some twenty years of experience in property development, finance and valuation and has project-managed a number of development schemes.

JOHN O'LEARY is Senior Lecturer at the University of Greenwich School of Architecture and Construction. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner having worked as a planning consultant prior to becoming a lecturer.
